Some people are as clueless as they are obnoxious. For such individuals, I hereby provide 5 Rules which will make it PHYSICALLY IMPOSSIBLE to be offensive on the day of 9/11 or regarding the subject of 9/11. Consider this your literary crowbar for 9/11-related foot-in-mouth situations!
